@Bronnie: that's the only reason I posted this shot today. Though I should have some new dishes this week, the chef's changing the menu apparently. Can't wait...depending on the new stuff I take, I may extend the ending of this series to next week..! he he!! Cruel still, I know...

@Behrooz: too right! I absolutely luuurrve sushi!!! Probably why I couldn't really focus properly on this shot!

@Suby (Suby?!?!?): I concur...I must've had like 3 secs to prepare for this one before the waiters whisked it away from the chefs (hungry guests waiting) so I think I may have shot this one from the hip. I was gonna shoot this from a really obtuse angle...really wanted to keep everyone guessing on this one, but alas..! Better luck next time, I guess. Good to hear from you!
